😇 Every day, we are inundated with both positive and negative information on online platforms. Nonetheless, we cannot escape our technological devices and virtual lives, for better or worse.

🥺 And of course, it is impossible to prevent loneliness and even despair if you spend more than 10 hours every day on laptops, phones, tablets, etc., without interacting with anyone directly. Your mental health will deteriorate over time, severely harming your quality of life.

To contribute to promoting health and accomplishing the “Good health and well-being” goal, Little Roses Foundation recommends the following methods:

💟 Start creating healthy routines such as walking, exercising, writing a journal, and mastering an art…

💟 Participate in Little Roses Foundation’s mental health community projects slated for this year and 2024 to consult with a psychologist or therapist and receive effective mental health guidance.
